You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you publish to. You grant us a limited right to process and transmit your content solely to publish it on your behalf.
The App integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes or actions taken by those platforms.
You may disconnect your accounts at any time, which revokes our access. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makeden is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
